Appointments and walk-ins

Walk-ins are welcome during opening hours, Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM. We are closed Sunday. Walk-in availability depends on how busy we are, and we cannot guarantee a specific technician without a booking. Longer services must start early enough to be completed properly before closing.

If you have booked and cannot make it, please call (941) 752-7026 to let us know. Late arrivals may need a shorter service or a rebooking so that the clients after you are not delayed.

Pricing and quotes

This website does not publish a fixed price list, because the same service name covers genuinely different amounts of work. Prices depend on length, shape, product system, finish, art, and whether an existing set needs removing. Any figure quoted by phone is an estimate based on what you describe and may change once we see your nails. We will always tell you before starting if the price differs from what was quoted.

Repairs and redos

If something we applied fails soon after your appointment, tell us. Come in and we will look at it. Nails broken through impact or heavy use, sets worn beyond their normal fill interval, and damage caused by picking, peeling or prying at product are not the same as a service failure and are charged as repairs.

Health, safety and medical matters

We are nail technicians, not medical professionals. We do not diagnose or treat any condition. If a nail or the skin around it looks like it may need medical attention, we will say so and recommend you see a doctor or podiatrist.

If you have diabetes, neuropathy, circulation problems, a skin condition, or are pregnant, please speak to your doctor before booking a pedicure or waxing service and tell us what you were advised. We will work within those instructions. We may decline to perform a service — for example callus reduction or waxing over broken or inflamed skin — where we believe it is not safe to do so.

Tell us about any allergies or previous reactions to nail or waxing products before your service begins.
